Return & Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange regular-priced items that have not been used and are in their original condition, with the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Underwear, socks and stockings can’t be returned, in the interests of hygiene. Exchange is unavailable for sale items (unless otherwise specified).
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, as little as maintains a free Return & Exchange policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, what you need to do is to email us for a Return Code and a Return & Exchange Form., and send it back to us along with the return(s) in the original packaging for a full exchange. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost. (This is only applicable for Hong Kong clients at one time for each order.).
We’ll also offer an exchange for items up to the total value of your return, minus the original delivery charges.
Alternatively, you can choose to obtain store credit for your return, valid for the next three months. Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid in the form of store credit (coupon code).Just let us know.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
You’ll have seven days to decide on your exchange, starting from the day you receive your items.
To exchange items, please follow three easy steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Code (RC). Please be sure to include this information in your email:
- Your invoice number
- Style No. for the item(s) you plan to return (you’ll find these on your invoice)
- Your reasons for returning the item(s)
Within 24 hours (or the next working day if it’s a Friday or a holiday), we’ll send you an email with your Return Code and an Exchange Form.
- Print out this Exchange Form and fill it out.
- Package your exchange items together with your completed Exchange Form, and mail it to us at this address:

Once your exchange items arrive and are approved, we’ll email you to discuss your new items, as well as extra costs that are required.
To be on the safe side, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are sending us. AS LITTLE AS shall not be held responsible for any loss of the Returned Product if it fails to reach AS LITTLE AS. We recommend you to use Shun Feng Express service.
For all Hong Kong orders, AS-LITTLE-AS.COM will cover the postage fees for first time exchange. For international orders, we ask that you cover both incoming and outgoing postage fees for all exchanged items.
Once we receive your items for exchange, we’ll process your request within 1 working day and either email or call you to let you know whether your exchange can go ahead.
All the exchanges will be processed through mails.
